Munezero Lisa Adeline is a young woman who participated in Miss Rwanda 2019. She is now an entrepreneur who runs a company engaged in various activities, including training young people on how to create their own jobs.

Her activities have earned her an international award for training and inspiring young people in self-employment. The award she received is called the “Grand Prix Spécial de la formation professionnelle au Rwanda”, which was presented to her at the end of July 2023.

The award was given to her for providing training and serving as a role model for young people in self-employment. The award also included training sessions.

These awards are presented by an organization called CADETFOPI, based in France, which regularly gives awards to entrepreneurs with projects that benefit others, as well as to leaders in sectors that promote vocational training.

Munezero Lisa Adeline, recognized as a Rwandan entrepreneur who took the time to train young people aspiring to be self-employed, stated that the reason for honoring her was her delivery of training that teaches youth how to create their own businesses, which has had a positive impact on their ventures.

She was recently awarded another trophy by the Inganzo Ngari Troupe, in the presence of various dignitaries and fans of the troupe, on August 1, 2025, during the concert titled “Tubarusha Inganji”, which took place on Umuganura Day at Camp Kigali. At that time, Inganzo Ngari also thanked those who contributed to the smooth running of the concert.

The Inganzo Ngari Troupe also awarded a trophy to ML Aspire of Munezero Lisa Adeline.

Among those recognized was ML Aspire Group, founded by entrepreneur Munezero Lisa Adeline, for the collaboration they have shared. They also praised her role in supporting the troupe and youth in general.

ML Aspire is a company she started after finishing high school, beginning with the sale of construction materials. Over time, it expanded and now includes a Business Consultancy division and another for International Business Training for young entrepreneurs.

Advice for young people who want to go into entrepreneurship.

Munezero Lisa advises young people who want to go into entrepreneurship or business to first identify what they truly love, as that is what they should pursue.

She says: “The first thing is to know what you love (Find your passion), start immediately without waiting (Start small with low cost), and remain patient while learning from your mistakes (Stay resilient and learn from mistakes).”

Munezero also advised young people who are afraid to be self-employed, saying that self-employment is rewarding and beneficial. She emphasized that they need knowledge to understand the market and how it works, so they can have businesses that are modern and professional.

She added, “What I would tell them is that self-employment is good for now and for their future. They must create jobs, but to grow, they need knowledge to study the market and how it operates, so they can have businesses that are up-to-date and professional.”
