Rwanda Premier League club, Bugesera FC, announced a two-year partnership with Cooko Inkoko Coko, a prominent local Rwandan company and a brand of Poultry East Africa Ltd (PEAL). The agreement, which was signed in a ceremony attended by club officials and local authorities, marks a new chapter for both organizations.
As part of the collaboration, Cooko’s logo, known for being Rwanda’s only Halal and HACCP-certified poultry producer, will be prominently featured on Bugesera FC’s official kits. This partnership aims to strengthen the brand’s visibility and presence across the country while providing a substantial financial boost to the club.
Cooko will invest an annual sum of RWF 100 million (approximately USD 70,000), totaling RWF 200 million over the two-year term. This financial support comes at a critical time for Bugesera FC, which has recently secured its place in the Rwanda Premier League for the 2025/26 season.
The collaboration also includes a robust promotional campaign, with the club committed to actively supporting Cooko’s marketing efforts. The shared vision of supporting local businesses and developing football in Rwanda is at the heart of this strategic alliance.
