As the year draws to a close, Canal+ has introduced special offers for its customers, aiming to enhance their viewing experience during the final weeks of the year.
In an interview with journalists on November 3, 2025, Canal+ management announced new incentives for both new and existing subscribers.
New Canal+ customers can now purchase a decoder for 3,000 Frw instead of the usual 5,000 Frw, pay 5,000 Frw for installation instead of 10,000 Frw, and subscribe for two months at 12,000 Frw—bringing the total package to 20,000 Frw.
Existing customers can renew their subscriptions and enjoy an additional 15 days of access to all Canal+ channels as well as DSTV channels under the “DSTV English Plus” package.
This promotion comes as UEFA Champions League matches, major global leagues, and popular shows are ongoing. In addition, Canal+ is showcasing new local and international films, ensuring subscribers have plenty of entertainment options.
Canal+ subscription packages are structured as follows: 6,000 Frw grants access to the “Ikaze” package, 10,000 Frw for “Zamuka,” 20,000 Frw for “Zamuka + Sports,” and 35,000 Frw for the premium “Ikirenga” package.
Subscribers who pay an additional 4,000 Frw can also access Netflix, while those wishing to add DSTV English Plus need to pay an extra 12,000 Frw on top of their existing subscription.
