KTN Rwanda has launched 20 modern residential houses in Kiyovu, Nyarugenge District, designed with environmentally friendly features and contemporary living in mind.
The newly constructed homes include three- and four-bedroom apartments, each covering 237 square meters, built on plots measuring approximately 500 square meters. Facilities in each unit include a living room, bathroom, toilet, and kitchen.
KTN Rwanda reports that 85% of the construction is complete, and 40% of the apartments have already been sold. The development aims to meet the growing demand for quality housing in Kigali while incorporating sustainable building practices.
“These houses are designed to provide modern, comfortable living while being environmentally conscious,” said a spokesperson for KTN Rwanda.
KTN Rwanda specializes in connecting property buyers and sellers and offers services that assist clients in managing land purchases and obtaining all necessary legal documents. This support is particularly valuable for Rwandans living abroad who wish to invest in local property.
The company continues to expand its portfolio, helping Rwandans access quality residential plots across the country, supporting both urban and suburban housing growth.
