Former Chelsea star set to sign for Beskitas

Reports from highly reliable Turkish and Italian journalists confirm that all documents are ready for England international striker Kevin Oghenetega Tamaraebi Bakumo-Abraham, widely known as Tammy Abraham, to complete his transfer to Turkish club Besiktas. The 27-year-old is set to travel to Istanbul to finalize the signing.

Abraham joined AS Roma in 2021 from Chelsea, where he scored 26 goals in 84 appearances. He recently concluded a loan spell with AC Milan, during which he played 28 games and netted 3 goals.

Tammy Abraham, who plays as a striker, has been of significant interest to Besiktas after the conclusion of his contract with AS Roma. According to Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu and Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio, a verbal agreement has been reached for the transfer amount. The latest information indicates the deal is structured as a loan with an obligation to buy at the end of the season.

Tammy Abraham himself has reportedly given his approval for the move and has reached personal terms with the Turkish club on a four-year contract. This transfer marks a new chapter in the career of the former Chelsea Academy graduate, who rose through the ranks at Stamford Bridge before moving to Serie A.
