Rwanda and Azerbaijan have signed new cooperation agreements aimed at enhancing public service delivery, drawing inspiration from Azerbaijan’s innovative “ASAN” model. The agreements were formalized during a recent visit by a high-level Azerbaijani delegation to Kigali.
On Thursday, Jean Guy. K Afrika, CEO of the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), along with other Rwandan leaders, represented Rwanda in these significant agreements.
The visit, hosted by RDB CEO Jean Guy. K Afrika on Saturday, centered on knowledge sharing and fostering collaboration in citizen-centered public services. The Azerbaijani delegation was led by H.E. Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations.
