Galaxy hotel Rwanda is a 3 star hotel located in Kiyovu Kigali city. It promotes pan African culture based on its design and some traditional art and couture shops. It was founded in 2013 and now has a new branch called Galaxy Kivu hotel located in Gisenyi, Rubavu district.
With the slogan ‘Galaxy hotel-your next home’, Cedric Rutazigwa the General manager said, “In everything we do, we ensure that whoever comes to Galaxy feels at home, our employees are satisfied and henceforth do everything possible to also satisfy our clients“.
Galaxy hotel has 39 rooms; Deluxe, Twin, Junior, and Standard, 5 apartments and 3 meeting rooms all with nice views and equipment at an affordable price.
In addition, Galaxy hotel has its spacious restaurant and bar balcony facing a cool blue water swimming pool.
The hotel also hosts cultural nights where they entertain their guests through traditional dance and music as a way of promoting Rwandan culture.
With over eighty employees, the hotel has helped curb down unemployment in Rwanda as well as train professionals in hospitality by offering internship opportunities to young people pursuing hospitality courses.
