Celebration as MKU holds its 21st graduation ceremony

Mount Kigali University is currently holding its 21st graduation ceremony led by The Chancellor, Mount Kigali University, Prof John Struthers on behalf of the University Council, Management Board, and Senate. The event was held at Mwai Kibaki Convention Centre at Thika Main Campus.

Rwanda graduands are currently following the proceeding online via the various platforms at the university campus.

The theme for the graduation is “Promoting peacebuilding for socio-economic development.” and is in line with the current happening in Kenya, with Kenya poised for elections on the 9th of August 2022.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Degratius Jaganyi said, ” this particular theme is a continuation of sensitizing the country about the importance of peace in terms of election and after the election so that at least everybody is aware of this.”

MKU has a presence in the region as it has footprints in Rwanda, Uganda, Somaliland, and Burundi.
